Chris has worked in healthcare for over forty years, in medical laboratories, hospital administration, health service management and information systems, mainly in the public sector. His experience includes strategic planning, project management, and financial and casemix analysis. He now works as a researcher with the eHSRG, as well as running a private consulting practice.

He commenced a PhD by research part time in 2006, studying the role of information and information systems in supporting effective patient centred care. This was completed in 2014.

Chris's qualifications include PhD, B.App.Sci (MLS) and Grad Dip Prof Man from the University of Tasmania.
